The Litton(Northrop-Grumman) Advanced Circuitry Division Plant Addition project was located in Springfield Missouri and consisted of a 75,000 square foot precast building with offices, clean rooms, manufacturing areas and a 2,000 ton chilled water system. It was a combination of Design Build and Construction Management services that utilized fast track project approach.
