Cox Health contracted Carson-Mitchell, Inc. to repair and restore the Wheeler Heart and Vascular Center Parking Garage. The post-tensioned structure had been compromised by damage caused by salt and water corrosion. Using advanced restoration techniques Carson-Mitchell, Inc. kept the garage and the hospital in operation while repairs were made. At the end of the project Cox Health had a fully repaired and functional garage that should last many additional years saving them substantial cost.
